Our standard units range in size from 1,500 square feet up to 6,000 square feet. Each unit has at least one roll-up door.

Each warehouse unit is equipped with 480v 3-phase power.

We offer flexible lease terms to suit our tenant’s needs but require a minimum lease term of 12 months.

We contract with an independent security contractor who has an officer stationed at the property every evening to monitor activity and patrol the property. Our office buildings utilize access-controlled locks that provide access 24 hours a day for tenants.

Each warehouse bay has one designated parking stall; there is reserved parking for office tenants and visitors to the property.

Unfortunately there is only one unit on the property that accommodates deck-height loading, all other units are located on grade.
